Our Story
About Us
Excel Career College has been committed to providing practical, career-focused education since 1989. Our programs are designed to equip students with the hands-on skills needed to succeed in the workforce, helping them transition smoothly into their chosen careers. We offer a range of programs that reflect current industry demands, ensuring our graduates are prepared for today’s job market.
Excel Career College’s commitment to quality education extends beyond our own classrooms. Our Vice President of Academic Affairs, Rob Fahlman, serves as a board member of the BC Career Colleges Association (BCCCA), the provincial body representing private career training institutions across British Columbia.
This relationship reflects how we see our place in the sector. Career education in BC is shaped by the collective work of many institutions, regulators, and educators, and we’re grateful to contribute alongside colleagues who share our commitment to student success. The standards, advocacy, and shared learning that come out of the BCCCA help raise the bar for career training across the province, and our students benefit from being part of that wider community.
